Anova Health Institute, a non-profit organization based in Johannesburg, South Africa, is looking for a Remuneration Specialist on a consultancy basis for a 3-month project to develop generic job profiles for all existing roles at Anova, and to ensure that jobs and salaries within the company have equitable relationships to one another based on comparability of duties, complexity and scope of responsibilities, and that they are classified to appropriately reflect those relationships.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Work with senior management and HR teams, and any relevant external service providers as needed, to develop generic job profiles for all existing roles in Anova
- Gather and classify job profiles by job family
- Use Anova’s benchmarking systems to check currently assigned Paterson grades and salary ranges for these are aligned to marketplace
