Africcess exists to facilitate community capacity enhancement. Its mission is to accelerate acquisition and utilization of soft skills and social capital for problem solving. Some of the success stories about the methodology are in Namibia, Lesotho, Zambia, Ethiopia, and Papua New Guinea. This methodology is widely promoted by the UNDP and also National AIDS Councils, and community and health-related departments in countries like Senegal.

Africess takes the UNDP process to the next level and offers four courses in community capacity enhancement through community conversation (CCE-CC), and helps organizations intending to adopt CCE-CC through consultation.

Courses are offered through institutions country-based, like Chikankata Hospital in Zambia.
