By registering as a SHARE member, you agree to be listed in the directory
The directory is visible to all SHARE users. Only the information voluntarily provided by you is visible in the directory, including your name, organization, job function, and areas of interest. Group managers can locate you via the directory in order to grant you membership to private groups. You have the option to leave groups in which you are a member.

SHARE audience and appropriate usage
SHARE aims to serve as an information and communication hub through which people working on HIV and AIDS and related activities in southern Africa can collaborate and access timely and culturally-relevant information on HIV and AIDS and related health topics. Members agree to use SHARE for this purpose and agree not to post inappropriate comments or content, including malicious code or viruses. Additionally, you will not collect users’ information nor harass any member of SHARE groups or the SHARE community as a whole.

Users should never share their username and password to ensure the integrity and safety of users, groups to which they belong, and the content shared on this website.

Feedback
The project welcomes your feedback on the materials in our website. All suggestions, ideas, and other information communicated to BCM-CFM through this site shall become the exclusive property of the project. You agree that none of your feedback communicated to the project will infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, or otherwise be unlawful. BCM-CFM, while reserving the right to delete all or part of any communications that it deems in its sole discretion to be objectionable, assumes no responsibility and makes no warranty that it will undertake to do so.

Terms of Agreement

This agreement shall be governed by the common law of Malawi relating to written agreements without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles, as well as other statutory provisions, which may apply. All activity occurring in connection with the site (including, but not limited to, accessing pages, and downloading materials) is presumed to occur in the country of Malawi.

This agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party. However, the agreement's jurisdictional provisions shall remain in force for any dispute that arises over any prior activities on this site, whether or not either party has terminated the agreement. By destroying all materials obtained from any and all BCM-CFM sites and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise, you may terminate this agreement at any time. Additionally, this agreement will terminate immediately without notice if, in our sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term or condition. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and all copies thereof.

BCM-CFM may update this agreement without notice. Such updating will in no way relieve you of your obligations under earlier versions of this agreement. Use of this constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions in place at the moment of use.
